Compared to rook and pawn endings, there aren’t that many set positions to know in king and pawn endings. But this is one of them.

Mostly king and pawn = calculation and more calculation. In today’s position, though, there’s a little trick that’s well worth knowing. 

And that's me back on the horse after last week's unnecessarily dropped point.
