SC Week 5/6: All (Simple) Chess All The Time
"When faced with any problem too large to cope with as a single entity, common sense tells us to break it down into smaller fragments of manageable proportions."
Michael Stean
Today is a day for having a look at the game fragments from the Semi-Open files chapter and maybe catching up if you’ve missed a day or two along the way. So it’s time for an aside.
If you follow me on twitter - @Berlin_Endgame - you’ll know that I’m a big fan of the All Japanese All The Time account. It’s got nothing whatsoever to do with chess and yet somehow it has so much to say about chess improvement.
The quote and the head of today's post, for instance. What do you think about it? Does it have anything to tell you about how to read and work through Simple Chess?
